Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of jointly and partially variable work discipline, and the working environment of the work productivity of part time staff at Pizza Hut Solo Square. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using questionnaires as data collection tools analyzed by using SPSS for Windows version 24 data. Sampling is done using non-probability sampling through accidental sampling method, with the number of respondents used is 50 respondents. Research results obtained both together and individually variable work discipline and work environment influence the productivity of work. From the research results it is known that the working environment variables are the variables that have the most influence on work productivity.
