Abstract
This study aims to describe how scholarship library management. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The validity of the data in this study was done by triangulation method. In the data analysis includes three activities namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Scholar library planning includes long-term and short-term library work programs that are tailored to the vision and mission. Budget obtained from APBS and Committees. Organizing is an activity to carry out work programs that have been planned by the organizational structure. Library organization structure was formed to improve with each task in accordance with the service sector. The implementation of scholarship libraries uses open circulation services with classifications in accordance with the DDC classification, the library material processing system includes inventory, tasting, general classification, labeling, cataloging, shelving, and filling. The evaluation process is carried out every year by recording book collections and the number of visitors and borrowing books. Barriers that are often encountered are services to the 2 lower class who cannot be independent or attend an open service system, teachers who have difficulty choosing books for literacy activities and students who feel disturbed if there are lower class students playing in the library. Of all the obstacles, the library manager has sought the best solution they can do.
