Abstract
ABSTRACT CV. Graha Pritama Selaras is a company engaged in the printing of books and LKS school. Many similar businesses around the area of the company that first stood a challenge for CV. Graha Pritama Selaras to be competitive and can survive. Good employee performance will support the company in order to compete with similar companies. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of employees at CV. Graha Pritama Selaras. The method used in this study is the AHP (analyitycal Hierachy Prosess) used to locate the hierarchy and the weighted individual factors and sub-factors. Besides AHP the other method is the 360-degree feedback method used to search data from 3 types of respondents, namely from employers, co-workers and self. Based on the research that has been done in the Publish section there are 6 employees of 13 employees who still get a value below the average. The production section has 5 employees of 12 employees who get the average value. Key words: AHP, feedback 360 degrees, printing, employee performance.
