Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer loyalty in the use of sympathy card. Subjects in this study are students of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS) Faculty of Economics and Business, who are loyal in the use of prepaid cards. The sample in this study amounted to 104 respondents. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling. Analyzer in this research using multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (Test F) and test of coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of research indicate that price and service quality have positive and significant influence to consumer loyalty. Simultaneously price, and service quality to consumer loyalty have fit model. In the model established price and quality of service able to explain the consumer loyalty variable of 13.4% and 86% of the remaining there are other independent variables that influence it.
