Abstract

The Special Job Fair is a service unit for secondary learning units, major/higher learning units, and job training institutions that distributes Workforce Placement facilitation to its alumni. As is the legal basis for inclusion in the special job market, namely, regarding employment, Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 13 of 2003. Tracer study is an information forum that aims to obtain data information from alumni which includes alumni personal data, employment and other information. Apart from that, tracer study is also useful to help SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung to map alumni in determining career goals that are in accordance with the career plans they want to achieve. Job information system in SMK Muhammadiyah still uses google Forms where alumni who have filled out cannot see their data again and when alumni update the data, the data on the form will double. Therefore, this study aims to provide job information with a special job market for alumni and tracer study to process teacher alumni data using the website. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R & D) with Waterfall development model. This Model is carried out sequentially starting from the system requirement level to the analysis, design, coding, testing/verification, and maintenance stages. This study was conducted on alumni of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung, before being tested to alumni, a blackbox testing test was carried out where the results of the blackbox testing test in this study were valid. Furthermore, filling out the questionnaire the results of the questionnaire were processed using the system Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a score of 80.25 for alumni or users and a score of 83.74 for teachers or admins, the results of SUS if intepresikan according to the category of Acceptability falls into the category of “ACCEPTABLE” meaning acceptable. In addition, this study also conducted compatibility testing and performance testing.
