Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) the effect of classroom management on student achievement in SMKNegeri Jumantono. 2) influence moving class towards the student achievement of SMK Negeri Jumantono. 3) the influence of classroom management and moving class towards the student achievement of SMK Negeri Jumantono. The population in this study were 135 students. The results of the regression analysis obtain the equation showing that learning achievement is influenced by classroom management and moving class. The conclusions drawn are: 1) class management on learning achievement. This can be seen from the t test obtained t count> t table, 2,948> 1,978 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.000 with an sR of 61.3% and SE 12.34%. 2) moving class on learning achievement. This can be seen from the t test obtained t count> t table, 2.023> 1.978 and a significance value <0.05, which is 0.000 with an SR of 38,7% and SE 7,79% 3) class management and moving class have an effect on the freshness achievement. This can be seen from the results of the F test obtained by f count > f table, namely 16, 638 > 33.06 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. With the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounting to 0.201 indicates that the magnitude of the effect of class management and moving class study achievement was 20.1%, while the remaining 79.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
