Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and work environment with job satisfaction for female employees at the Sukoharjo Health Office. The sample in this study was a female employee and also a married housewife who worked at the Sukoharjo Health Office. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and the work environment with job satisfaction for female employees, to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and job satisfaction for female employees and the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction for female employees. Job satisfaction is a description of one's feelings towards his work. The total female employees at the Sukoharjo Health Service are 80 people with a sample size of 66 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique. The method used in this research is quantitative with measuring instruments in the form of multiple role conflict scale, work environment scale, and job satisfaction. The data analysis technique used multiple regression correlation technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it is obtained that the correlation k value (r) = 0.951 and the 2 value (F) = 296,459 with Sig 0.000 <0.05 which can be said to have a relationship between multiple role conflict variables and work environment with job satisfaction. Effective contribution to the relationship between dual role conflict, work environment and job satisfaction, based on the coefficient R2 = 90.4%. %. Based on the results of the categorization of the level of dual role conflict and the work environment with job satisfaction for female employees at the Sukoharjo Health Office is classified as high.
