Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) to determine the effect of learning models on mathematics learning outcomes, (2) to determine the effect of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes, (3) the effect of learning model interactions and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study was all eighth grade students at MTS QUDSIYYAH KUDUS in 2020/2021. The samples taken were 2 classes, the first class with the Group Investigation model and the second class with the Numbered Head Together model. Data collection techniques with the method of tests, questionnaires and documentation. The analytical technique used is two-way analysis of variance with unequal cells. Based on the results of the study with a significance level of 5%, it was obtained: (1) there was an effect of the Group Investigation model and the Numbered Head Together model on learning outcomes. (2) there is an influence of learning motivation on students' mathematics learning outcomes. (3) there is no interaction between the learning model and learning motivation on students' mathematics learning outcomes.
