Abstract

This innovation the Principal can create professional teachers and education personnel, so as to achieve quality, effective and efficient education. In this case, the researcher will explain about the principal's innovation in developing the quality of technology-Based education in SMK PUSAT TEKNOLOGI Serpong. This research includes field research with the type of qualitative research. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis uses deductive data analysis, namely the theory is built Based on field data. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted by the researcher, the researcher can draw the conclusion that there are five innovations by the principal in developing the quality of technology-Based education, namely Changes in the Examination System from a Paper Based Test (PBT) to a Computer Based Test (CBT) Using an Application Based Exam System Technology, Educating Educators or Teachers and Education Personnel through Learning E-Learning Programs, Changing Information Technology-Based Education Service Systems, Adding Technology-Based Practicum Facilities in Accordance with the Development of Latest Technology Advances, Creating Integrated Information Technology and Learning Technology Application Systems. The ultimate goal of the principal's innovation process is to achieve learning objectives, so that alumni who graduate from SMK Pusat Teknologi Serpong can establish a harmonious relationship with the available employment opportunities.
