Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of online customer reviews, ratings, free shipping promo on purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace. The population and sample of this study were students S1 of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who made purchasing decisions through the Shopee marketplace and the number of respondents as the sample in this study were 132 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that online customer reviews have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, rating has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, free shipping promo have not a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions.
