Abstract
On the Slamet Riyadi road for the Ngapeman to Gladag section, it is a type of road with 3 lanes 1 direction, which has a quite busy activity, with shops, trading activities, offices, schools and parking on the street. Where the traffic flow conditions that occur vary, causing increased traffic density and volume. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of Vm, Dm and Qm on Jalan Slamet Riyadi in the Ngapeman - Gladag section of Surakarta and to determine the model of the relationship between velocity, density and volume, 2 using the Greenshield, Greenberg and Underwood methods. Data was collected by means of survey observation and recording of traffic volume, and the travel time for each type of vehicle was carried out for 1 day, namely, Wednesday, March 28 2018, 06.00-12.00 WIB, with 5 minute intervals. The results of the study were obtained from Location I (Ngapeman Ngarsopuro section): Greenshield method: Qm = 4865.05 pcu / hour, Vm = 16.73 km / hr and Dm = 290.75 pcu / km. Greenberg Method: Qm = 1118795.80 pcu / hour, Vm = 3.07 km / hour and Dm = 363857.65 pcu / km. Underwood method: Qm = 5694.11 pcu / hour, Vm = 12.50 km / hour and Dm = 455.62 pcu / km. Location II (Pasar pon - Nonongan segment): Greenshield method: Qm = 4162.40 pcu / hour, Vm = 15.42 km / hour and Dm = 269.87 pcu / km. Greenberg method: Qm = 106726.89 pcu / hour, Vm = 3.76 km / hour and Dm = 28351.05 pcu / km. Underwood method: Qm = 5226.40 pcu / hour, Vm = 11.41 km / hour and Dm = 457.93 pcu / km. Location III (Keprabon - Gladag section): Greenshield method: Qm = 5750.98 pcu / hour, Vm = 15.50 km / hour and Dm = 371.08 pcu / km. Greenberg method: Qm = 3556981.30 pcu / hour, Vm = 2.52 km / hour and Dm = 1411248.62 pcu / km. Underwood method: Qm = 6775.95 pcu / hour, Vm = 11.63 km / hr and Dm = 582.65 pcu / km.
