Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of price perception, promotion perception, and service quality perception on consumer purchasing decisions of Japanese restaurants. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all consumers who had come to Japanese restaurants with a total sample of 110 respondents. Methods of data collection using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type where the researcher determines the sample by providing specific criteria. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Testing the data instruments in this study were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, determination test ( ), model determination test (F), and hypothesis test (t). The results showed that price perceptions and promotions had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while service quality had no significant effect on purchasing decisions.
