Abstract

Advertisement Installation Agreement between PT. Dinamis Media Central Java and PT. Recaprima Saptakomunika, the form of the agreement is a standard agreement and the contents of the agreement are a written agreement agreed by both authentic parties under the hand which contains an agreement for service providers and the construction of billboards with producers that discuss rights and obligations as well as legal responsibilities. The method used by the author is juridical normative, namely the approach and type of descriptive research, which the author uses to analyze and describe the legal construction and legal responsibility for the implementation of designing billboards between PT Dinamis Media Jateng and PT Rekaprima Septakomunika in Surakarta. In the research results that can be ignored from this study is that the implementation of the billboard installation agreement made by the parties is in the form of an underhand deed on a stamp duty and is a cooperation agreement where the rights and obligations in the agreement are reciprocal to one another, as well as legal responsibility. And in accordance with Articles 1320, 1329, and 1333 of the Civil Code and in the billboard installation agreement also applies the principle of trust, as freedom of contract, the principle of balance, the principle of consensualism, the principle of binding strength, and the principle of binding strength (paecta sunt servanda) and the principle of good faith until The end of the installation of a billboard agreement without any actions that can be categorized as default and in an agreement made by one of the parties.
