Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of compensation, organizational culture, and leadership style on employee loyalty, namely in increasing employee loyalty. This study uses a qualitative research type with the literature study method, where this method uses data collection from various journals and literature publications, which are related to this research. Data analysis in this study used content analysis, which was collected, selected, then analyzed. And get the following results, that with the provision of appropriate, fair, and satisfying compensation can increase employee loyalty. A good organizational culture is also conducive and appropriate to increase employee loyalty. A nurturing leadership style, and in accordance with the organization as well as the led employees can increase employee loyalty.
