Abstract

This research is aim to describe the development strategy of Warung Nasi Gandul Romantis in effort to optimize profit. The method that used in this research is descriptive qualitative and the design of this research is a case study. Data collection that used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis that used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Data validity uses triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this research are: (1) From the product aspect, product qualities strategy is used to get an optimal profit, (2) From the price aspect, prices is affordable, (3) From the promotion aspect, promotion are done by customers through word of mouth, and (4) From the place aspect, the location is quite strategic so it is easily accessible by its customers
