Abstract

Physics is one of the subjects that contains theoretical and calculation material. Based on the results of observations made at Al Falah Winong Vocational School that the media used in the learning process, ie LKS, has not used learning media. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the media and the effect of using android-based learning media on learning outcomes in physics subjects. The method used in this research is Research and Development with the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation) development model. This study uses a pretest posttest. Media validation is categorized as feasible with an average value of 77.5 included in the good category. Material validation with an average value of 82.5 included in the excellent category. Student assessments get an average value of 81.9375 which is included in the excellent category. The assessment was obtained from the SUS (System Usability Scale) questionnaire. The conclusion of this research is the use of an Android-based learning media application is appropriate to be used in teaching and learning activities because it gives a big influence on student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods.
