Abstract

In this process education is needed aimed at the younger generation so that they can become cadres as pioneers, implementers and perfecters of the Muhammadiyah mandate. Perkaderan in Muhammadiyah has been formulated to the pillars of the Muhammadiyah cadre which include: Family, Muhammadiyah Charitable Enterprises, Muhammadiyah Leaders, and Autonomous Organizations. From these four pillars, cadres will be born who will be able to continue the Muhammadiyah struggle if carried out continuously and continuously. This research is a field research, with a comparative descriptive ethnographic approach. The data source of this research is at Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Sragen Middle School, while the subjects of this study are the school principal, curriculum waka, teacher and orthom in school. Data collection techniques are carried out using the method of observation or observation notes, interviews and documentation that can support research studies. Data analysis was performed with an interactive model that had three components namely, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the SMP Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Sragen has a strategy in implementing Muhammadiyah cadre. The strategy undertaken by the school is to conduct training and education for the pillars of the cadre of Muhammadiyah families, clerics and employees who are part of the school which is one of the Muhammadiyah business charities, autonomous organizations in schools that include IPM, HW , and TSPM. Each of the pillars of the cadre is given an understanding of Muhammadiyah and the suggestion to be active in every activity carried out by the Association. In carrying out the cadre, the Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Sragen Middle School is aimed at the pillars of the Muhammadiyah cadre. First is the family, Muhammadiyah charity venture, Muhammadiyah leadership and autonomous organizations in the school.
