Abstract
This study aimed to describe the students' mathematical critical thinking skills in solving mathematical story problems reviewed with low learning motivation. This study used a qualitative method. Data collection techniques consisted of written tests and interviews. This study used triangulation techniques that compared data of test and interview data. The qualitative data analysis techniques were data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that critical thinking skills lacked by students with low learning motivation lacked of reason indicator, conclusions and clarity.
