Abstract

This research aims to describe: 1) Activity implementation of Juz 30 Al Quran memorization in MI Muhammadiyah Pucangan. 2) Supporting factors and inhibitor factors within activity implementation of Juz 30 Al Quran which faced by MI Muhammadiyah Pucangan. 3) Solution which done by MI Muhammdiyah Pucangan to overcome the obstacles within implementation of Juz 30 Al Quran memorization activity. This type of research is qualitative research with phenomenology design. Technique of collecting data uses observation, interview and documentation. Technique of data validity uses source and technique triangulation. Analyzing data in this research uses interactive model. The result of this research is 1) Implementation of Juz 30 Al Quran memorization activity every morning before the lesson begins. 2) Supporting factor of this activity is achievement, motivation and enthusiasm from student and all of school elements and students’ parents who are very supportive of this program. Inhibitor factor of this activity is time limitation, there are some students who cannot recite and difficult in memorizing, students who have memorized however they sometimes forget the memorization that has been memorized. 3) solution which done is giving extra time, giving guidance and direction, scrutinizing the recitation, memorizing with friends and cooperating with parents keep monitoring children’s memorization at home.
