Abstract
This study was motivated by schools that did not know exactly how much the level of student satisfaction with learning services and learning facilities at SD N Mukiran 03. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction with learning services and learning facilities at SD N Mukiran 03. The method of this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a survey model. The results of the study show that student satisfaction with learning services is in the "Very Low" category of 0% (0 students), in the "Low" category of 8.3% (6 students), in the "Medium" category of 9.7% ( 7 students), while the "High" category was 59.7% (43 students), and "Very High" was 22.2% (16 students). Meanwhile the learning facilities for student satisfaction are in the "Very Low" category of 0% (0 students), in the "Low" category of 4.2% (3 students), in the "Medium" category of 19.4% (14 students ), while the "High" category was 65.3% (47 students), and "Very High" was 11.1% (8 students). The conclusion of this study is that the level of student satisfaction with learning services is at a high level with a percentage of 59.7% and the level of student satisfaction with learning facilities is at a high level with a percentage of 65.3%.
