Abstract
This study has a purpose to analyze the Effect of Motivation (X1), Compensation (X2) and Leadership (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) in PT Solo Murni Surakarta. This research is a survey research with a population of all employees of PT Solo Murni Surakarta. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling with a sampling of 100 respondents. Data analysis method uses: (1) Test of Data Instruments, namely Validity Test and Reliability Test, (2) Classic Assumption Test, namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedasticidas Test, (3) Hypothesis Test, namely Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, Test F, Test R2 (Coefficient of Determination). The results of the analysis of research data show that: (1) Test Instruments, all questionnaires are declared valid and reliable. (2) Classic Assumption Test, there is no error in classical assumptions. (3) Hypothesis Test results obtained: (a) T test shows 1.895 that means there is a significant influence. (b) Test F shows 235, 897 this proves that the Motivation, Compensation and Leadership variables have a common effect on Employee Performance. (c) R2 test (Determinant Coefficient) shows 0.881. This means that the Independent variable in the model (Motivation, Compensation and Leadership) explains the variation in Employee Performance by 88.1% and 11.9% explained by other factors or variables outside the model.
