Abstract
This study aims to know the Influence of Organizational Culture, Training, Career Development, Compensation and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Pratama Tax Office Klaten. The population in this study were the permanent employees of the finance department and the back office of the Pratama Tax Office in Klaten. With purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 66 employees. Data was collected by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that variables (1) organizational culture have no significant effect on employee performance, (2) training has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) career development does not significantly influence employee performance, (4) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance and (5) Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect on Employee Performance.
