Abstract

This study has the purpose to test and analyze the influence of organizational communication on the performance of employees at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile City of Surakarta. To test and analyze the influence of teamwork on the performance of employees at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta City. To test and analyze the effect of creativity on employee performance in Iskandar Indah Printing Textile, Surakarta City. To test and analyze the influence together between communication, group collaboration, creativity on the performance of employees at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta City. The population in this study were employees in the division of pretreatment, dyeing and finishing production of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile to fill out questionnaires to be distributed by researchers. The sampling technique uses pretreatment, dyeing and finishing quota sampling totaling 100 employees. Based on the results of the study showed that communication has a positive and significant effect on performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant influence on performance. Creativity has a positive and significant influence on performance and together communication variables (X1), teamwork (X2) and creativity (X3) have a significant effect on performance.
