Abstract
The purpose of this research is analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and compensation variables on employee performance at some BMT in Sukoharjo district. The type of this research is quantitative research by using sample of BMT employee caunted 52 respondent. The data collecting technique using Slovin methods and data used is the primary data in the form of questioner. Data analysis method used is test of validity, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this research indicate that the partial and simultaneous leadership, motivation and compensation variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In the coefficient of determination (R2) is obtained 0,582 means that the variables Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2), and Compensation (X3) have an influence on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.582 or 58.2% while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the variable contained within the model. While the variables of leadership, motivation and compensation that have a dominant influence on employee perforamnce is this leadership variabel, it is proven that the beta value () of leadership is 0,477 ,motivation is 0,266 and compensation is 0,242.
