Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction in Mandiri Jaya in Salatiga. The population in this study using 52 respondents who bought the buyer box in Mandiri Jaya in Salatiga using Census method is a way of collecting data when all elements of the population investigated one by one. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test using t-statistic, F-statistic, and Coefficient of Determination. From result of analysis during observation period t-test result indicate that service quality have significant influence to consumer satisfaction, price have significant influence to consumer satisfaction, and product quality have significant influence to consumer satisfaction. F-test results note that the variable quality of service, price, and product quality together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The result of determination coefficient analysis obtained adjusted R square (R2) of 0.748, this can be interpreted that 74,8% change or consumer satisfaction variance caused by existence of change or variant variable of service quality, price, and product quality. While the remaining 25.2% due to the change of other variables that are not included in the variables studied.
