Abstract

This study aimed to test the Influence of Marketing Mix Customer Satisfaction. The population of the research is that consumers in Zone Steak and Chiness Food Kartasura. The number of samples were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on test results hepotesis product variable (X1) positive effect on customer satisfaction, the price variable (X2) positive effect on customer satisfaction, promotion variable (X3) positive effect on customer satisfaction, and location variables (X4) positive effect on customer satisfaction. F simultaneously test four variables, the product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), and location (X4), significantly affect customer satisfaction (Y). Test The coefficient of determination (R2), significantly affect customer satisfaction (Y) and four independent variables that affect customer satisfaction of 89,7% and 10,3% is explained by factors or other variables outside the model.
