Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the Of Learning Start with a Question Learning Strategy Combine with Think Talk Write To The Result Of Student’s Biological Course In class VII Of Smp Negeri 2 Colomadu In 2015 / 2016 Academic Year. This research is a quasi experiment in Pretest – postest Control Group Design. The population is class VII students of SMP N 2 Colomadu. The sample used in this research contain of two classes, that is VII A as control class that use conventional course and VII B as experimental class tat use learning start with a question course combine wit think talk write (LSQ combine TTW). The sample defined by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis test in using independent t-test sample and N-gain test. The result of hypothesis by using menggunakan α = 0,05, with the probability of pretest result 0,855>0,005 show that H0 accepted. The result of hypothesis test in postest probability value is 0,002<0,005, it mean H0 rejected with the experiment class postest average 81,22 and control class 72,40, so it can be concluded that there is an influence o learning start with a question strategy combine with TTW to the result of student’s biological course class VII of SMP N 2 Colomadu in 2015/2016 academic year.
