Abstract

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil is a sharia microfinance institution that sells various goods and services to improve customer service and loyalty, so there is a need for BMT compliance with sharia financial institutions (LKS). The aim of this research is to find out how sharia compliance practices impact customer or customer loyalty. This research is qualitative in nature, using 2 methods to collect data, namely interviews conducted with questions and answers between the researcher and the resource person. And next is documentation which is carried out by analyzing data in the form of written documents, images or works. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that compliance practices with sharia financial institutions have a positive effect, so that they can increase customer or member loyalty.
