Abstract

Studying the Qur'an and teaching it, does not mention anyone who can study it, therefore studying and teaching the Qur'an is for all Muslims, including people with disabilities. In Indonesia there are still few Qur'anic educational institutions that accept children with disabilities. Meanwhile, in teaching al-Qur'an learning to children with disabilities, special infrastructure and methods are needed. This study aims to find the right method and how the method is implemented in learning the Qur'an for children with disabilities. This research paradigm uses a qualitative research paradigm. In this research, the type of field research is used. The approach used in this research is a phenomenological approach. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The method used by researchers to check the validity of data is to use the data triangulation method. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive evaluative method. Based on the findings of the analysis conducted in this study, it was found that the main methods used were assertive training method and interpersonal communication method. Both methods are used by collaborating with other alternative methods, namely the talqin method, tasmi' method, muroja'ah method and the three senses method. All of these methods are used by adjusting based on the type of disability of the learners at the Auladul Jinan Qur'anic House.
