Abstract
The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the effect of ability, motivation, and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Anugrah Jaya Packindo, totaling 47, and sampling using the saturated sample method where all the population is used as a sample. Data analysis used the classic assumption test which included the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing in this study included multiple linear regression analysis tests, t tests, F tests, and tests of the coefficient of determination. The results of the research on the t test show the ability to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F test shows the simultaneous effect of the ability, motivation, and compensation variables on employee performance variables.
