Abstract

This research aims to describe development civic intelligence on the activities of the UMS FKIP Student Executive Board including participation and obstacles. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at the UMS FKIP Student Executive Board. Data collection in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses interactive analysis. The results of this research show that civic intelligence is developed through New Student Orientation Week, Community Service, Islamic Studies, Middle Level Student Management Skills Training, and Issues Studies. Participation in development civic intelligence is the participation of BEM FKIP UMS members in carrying out the New Student Orientation Week, Community Service, Islamic Studies, Middle Level Student Management Skills Training, and Issues Study. The obstacles that arise are that there are still some members who do not participate, the infrastructure is not yet complete, and there are still members who do not understand the job.
