Abstract
This research was conducted because of the large number of coffee industries, especially cafes. Toko Kopi Rayya is an MSME engaged in coffee drinks. The cafe, which has been established since 2021, has not been able to reach its sales target. So that the right strategy is needed in order to achieve sales targets and develop the business. The method used in this study is using the Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis. This study used data collection techniques with observation, interview, discussion, and questionnaire methods. The results of the research using the Business Model Canvas method were obtained based on the results of interviews with the owner of the Toko Kopi Rayya with 9 elements of the canvas business model. While the results of the study based on the SWOT analysis method found that Toko Kopi Rayya is in quadrant 1 with the coordinates of the IFAS and EFAS values (0.3730 ; 0.4304) so that the business experiences a progressive business situation or a profitable business by utilizing the strengths and existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).
