Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the adaptation patterns of students, parents, and teachers in e-learning (PJJ) during the covid-19 pandemic. There were 6 informants in this research, devided into 3 groups of subjects; students, parents, and teachers. Before conducting the study, researchers had used open ended questionnaires to find out the broad picture of PJJ in the perpective of students, parents, and teachers. The results of the open ended questionnaire were also taken into consideration for screening sources whose data will be deepened by the interview method. Research was conducted using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Interviews were conducted with an interview guide compiled by the researcher. Data was analyzed using interpretative phenomenological analysis. From the results of the analysis found indicators of adaptation patterns of students, parents, and teachers in PJJ related to social interaction, self-satisfaction, and the ability to carry out their roles.
