Abstract
This study aims to analyze the characteristics of change management at CV Rivalve Trangsan Gatak Sukoharjo to find out: (1) Causes of organizational change that occurred at CV Rivalve Trangsan, (2) Impact of organizational changes that occurred at CV Rivalve Trangsan, (3) Process of organizational change in CV Rivalve Trangsan,(4) Factors supporting the process of organizational change in CV Rivalve Trangsan.This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach.Descriptive research method is by describing the object of research in the area of Trangsan rattan industrial center when the current situation is based on the facts as they are, then analyzed and interpreted. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The validity of the data by using the technique of triangulation method. Qualitative data analysis techniques with interactive models.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: There are factors causing the change: (1) Internal factors in the income/sales phase of rattan products during the covid-19 pandemic. (2) Internal factors related to production quality. (3) Internal factors related to experts/HR. (4) External factors related to the increase in demand.Impacts arising from the changes: (1) Increased volume of requests or purchase orders received by the company. (2) There are frequent internal conflicts among employees.(3) Increased employee confidence in the company. (4) The reputation of the company increases. The stages and process of changes that occur are as follows: (1) There is a problem with repayment when the production process is complete. (2) Improving the quality of human resources in each division. (3) Improving communication with the government. The supporting factor for the change management is the provision of rewards from the company for outstanding employees
