Abstract
This research is motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic condition which requires schools to implement distance learning. A qualified distance learning must be pursued to fulfill the learning rights of students. Support to improve the quality of distance learning needs to be done by teachers, school principals and education policy makers. This study aims to determine the contribution of ICT literacy, teacher work ethic and support for facilities and infrastructure to the quality of distance learning in state’s Junior High School in Sukoharjo sub-district. The population of this study included all state’s teachers at the State Junior High School in Sukoharjo sub-district, amounting to 277 people with a sample of 164 people referring to the Slovin formula with proportional random sampling technique. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis in this study use descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination (R2), effective contribution, and relative contribution. The results showed that: 1) ICT Literacy, Teacher Work Ethic and Support of Facilities and infrastructure simultaneously contribute positively to the quality of distance learning with a sig. value. 0.000 <0.05 with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 47.2%. 2). ICT Literacy partially affects the quality of distance learning with a sig. value. 0.000<0.05 with an effective contribution of 26.4%. 3) Teacher's work ethic partially affects the quality of distance learning with a sig. 0.001 <0.05 with an effective contribution of 12.9%. 4) Support of facilities and infrastructure partially affects the quality of distance learning with a value of sig. 0.003<0.05 with an effective contribution of 7.8%. ICT literacy has the most dominant influence on the quality of distance learning compared to the work ethic of teachers and the support of facilities and infrastructure.
