Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience and work stress on employee performance. This research is a type of quantitative research during the covid -19 pandemic. The object of this research is the employees of the Office of Education and Culture of Sukoharjo Regency with the number of samples obtained by 58 sample data obtained through the Slovin formula. The research hypothesis was tested using a Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results show that work experience and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And, under work experience and work stress have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
