Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss organizational support and career interest have a significant effect on employee performance. Analyze and discuss organizational support and career interest in job satisfaction. Analyze and discuss job satisfaction on employee performance. Analyze and discuss job satisfaction as a mediating variable between organizational support, career interest on employee performance. The population in this study were PDAM employees in Surakarta and a sample of 137 respondents. The results of this study found that organizational support had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Career interest has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Career interest has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction as a mediating variable of organizational support on employee performance. Satisfaction as a mediating variable of interest in employee performance.
