Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) student administration programs at SDII Al-Abidin; 2) Teacher performance in student administration at SDII Al-Abidin; 3) Monitoring of student administration at SDII Al-Abidin. This type of research is a qualitative research using an observation strategy design, observing a student object from a series of activities at SDII Al-Abidin Surakarta school. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using participatory observation data, in-depth interviews, and documentation for the same data source simultaneously. The data validity technique used is technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that: 1) SDII Al-Abidin Surakarta has student administration programs, namely monitoring worship and morals, mutabaah tahajjud prayer, mutabaah studying at home and reports on the development of worship guidance. 2) Teacher performance in student administration at SDII Al-Abidin Surakarta is very good. Because it has a high performance in management skills, high mastery and strategy, assigning tasks and has the ability to assess and evaluate. 3) The implementation of monitoring carried out by the principal on student administration can be said to be good. Because it can be seen from the monitoring carried out by the principal that it is optimal.
