Abstract
This study aims to describe: 1) The interpersonal communication to improve accounting learning creativity, 2) The interpersonal communication tools to enhance accounting learning creativity. 3) The communication time to improve accounting learning creativity. 4) The communication content to improve accounting learning creativity. This is a qualitative research and an ethnographic design. The research subject are three accounting teachers and three accounting students. The data collection techniques are observation, interview and documents. The validity of the data used the triangulation models. The results of this study are interpersonal communication between teachers and students has gone well. Proven by the openness of teachers with students in communication, the closeness of teachers to students, in communicating using mobile communication tools, in communicating teachers with the students were not based by time limit so they were free communicate whenever and wherever and the contents of communication, namely subject matter, motivation, sharing life, and the young teachers experience.
