Abstract

The rapid development of Solo Baru as a new urban center has led to increasing demands for facilities that go beyond physical beauty andaim to enhance mental andemotional well-being. This final project presents the design of a Beauty and Wellness Center that adopts the Healing Environment concept—an architectural approach that promotes relaxation, recovery, andcomfort through the integration of natural elements, optimal daylighting, good ventilation, andeco-friendly materials. The project is grounded in an analysis of urban lifestyle needs, the local context of Solo Baru, andinternational precedent studies of wellness andbeauty center s. The resulting design synthesizes beauty treatments, fitness, relaxation zones, andwellness education into a unified architectural experience. The center aims to serve as a public facility that not only supports self-care andwomen's empowerment but also offers a healing sanctuary within the vibrant rhythm of the city.
