Some indirect factors that need to be considered are stress levels and sleep patterns. Objective: To identify the relationship between stress levels and sleep patterns and the nutritional status of adolescents at SMP Negeri 2 Karangdowo, Klaten Regency. Research method: Using an observational method through a Cross Sectional approach. The subjects in this study were a group of junior high school students totaling 73 respondents. Respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation test. Results: The study found that 31.51% of respondents experienced mild stress, 42.47% experienced moderate stress, and 26.03% experienced severe stress. As many as 42.46% had good sleep patterns, while 57.54% had poor sleep patterns. As many as 58.90% were categorized as having normal nutritional status, 30.14% had overweight nutritional status, and 10.96% had underweight nutritional status.
