Abstract

The objektives of this research are describing; 1) planning, 2) organizing, 3) implementating, and 4) controlling of school - owned company in SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar. This type of research is field qualitative with a case study design. The research was carried out at SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar with research informants namely the principal, and coordinator school - owned enterprises. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is inductive analysis with four flow of activities, namely data collecting, data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion verification. The results showed; 1) The planning management of school - owned company in SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar is doing by stabilize the gol or set of goals, define the current situation, identify the support and hinder of goal, 2) management organization of school - owned company in SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar is carried out by division of labor, labor assignment, authority and responsibility, and delegation of authority, 3) management implementation of school - owned company in SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar carry out by regular coordination, communication to all parts, and order of division of work, 4) supervision of the management of the school – owned company in SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar is carried out by determining the standards and measures of implementation, compare the implementation with the standards and find if there are differences, and correct deviations by means of appropriate actions.
