Abstract

Activities or training and development are carried out as an effort to increase the work knowledge possessed by employees. The presence of a digital banking platform will certainly reduce the time needed to make transactions and increase efficiency, as well as provide convenience than traditional banking. In order to compete, banking companies are required to be able to keep up with the times. If the company can keep up with the times, then it can meet customer needs and desires. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the convenience variable has a significant effect on employee skills, motivation, and motivation has a significant effect on employee skills. This type of research is quantitative using a sample of 67 respondents consisting of employees of PT BPR BKK Wonogiri. The results showed (1) P-value was obtained at 0,000 < 0,05 or with a t-statistic of 4,446 > 1,96 then Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted, which means that Digital Technology has an effect on Employee Skills. (2) With a P-Value of 0,000 <0,05 or with a t-statistic of 1,133 > 1,96, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, which means that employee motivation affects employee skills. (3) P-Value of 0,000 <0,05 or with a t-statistic of 2,534 > 1,96 then Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted which means that Digital Technology has an effect on Employee Motivation. Obtained the value of R-Square for the variable Employee Skills is 0.910. Obtaining this value explains that a large percentage of employee skills can be explained by digital technology and motivation. This means that 91% of variations or changes in Employee Skills are influenced by Digital Technology and Motivation while the remaining 9% is explained by other reasons.
