Abstract

The Covid-19 has impact on the survival of many people, one of them is the online ojek drivers who are increasingly becoming stressed at work. This study aims to find out the relationship between workload and work conflict with work stress in online ojek drivers during the Covid-19 in Surakarta. This study uses quantitative approach with data collection tools in the form of scale, among others workload scale, scale of work conflict and scale of work stress. The subjects used in this study were online ojek drivers consisting of Gojek and Grab in Surakarta city of 128 people. Subject taking in this study using sample random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression tests using SPSS software. Based on the results of the major hypothesis analysis, the correlation coefficient value is R = 0.929 and significance 0.00 (p < 0.05) which means there is a relation between workload and work conflict with work stress during the corona in online ojek drivers in Surakarta. Effective contributions given workload and work conflicts in affecting work stress p by 86.2%. Based on the results obtained by the stress of work on online ojek drivers in Surakarta is affected by workload and work conflicts owned by each online ojek driver in Surakarta by 86.2%. In the first minor hypothesis, namely the correlation of workload and work stress , namely ( r ) = 0.714 and the level of significance 0.00 (p < 0.05) which indicates that there is a relation between workload and work stress. In the second minor hypothesis found the result between the variable work conflict and work stress namely ( r ) = 0.916 and the level of significance of 0.00 (p < 0.00) which indicates that there is a relation between work conflict and work stress.
