Abstract
The covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact around the world, including in Indonesia. One of the impacts is on students, namely the number of students who do academic procrastination (procrastination of assignment). Academic procrastination has a negative impact, but so far there has been no research on how procrastination behaves in high school students undergoing online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to describe the form of academic procrastination behavior carried out by high school students. The method used in this research is descriptive narrative qualitative method. The number of respondents is 3 students. Research data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The results of this study indicate that the form of academic procrastination behavior carried out by students is do the task too close to the deadline, being lazy to do assignments, choosing to do activities that are less important, unsure of their own abilities and not having time management skills. Factors that cause students to do academic procrastination, namely teachers, themselves and friends. The negative impacts felt by students, include submitting assignments late, getting grades deducted, many assignments piling up, being scolded by the teacher and being scolded by parents.
