Abstract
Learning motivation is important, in order to achieve learning success. Students do not attend school during the COVID-19 pandemic, sometimes making learning motivation unstable. Variables that are strongly suspected to influence students' learning motivation include family support, and self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and family social support with student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were selected according to the criteria determined by the researcher, namely high school/vocational high school students who had or were undergoing distance learning during the covid 19 pandemic, 99 high school/vocational high school students in Sragen were selected. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques to test the hypothesis that there is a correlation between family social support and self-efficacy with student learning motivation during the covid 19 pandemic. The data collection method is in the form of a family social support scale, self-efficacy and learning motivation. Methods of data collection in the form of a scale of family social support, self-efficacy and learning motivation. The results of the analysis showed a double correlation between the variables of family social support and self-efficacy with learning motivation of 0.889 with a significance of p <0.001 which means that there is a positive relationship between family social support and self-efficacy together with learning motivation. Other results showed ry1(2) yielded a value of 0.240 with a significance level of p<0.001, which means that there is a significant positive relationship between family social support and learning motivation with controlled self-efficacy. Then ry2(1) produces a value of 0.701 with a significance level of p < 0.001 which means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation with controlled social support.
