Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment, work motivation, and work stress on work productivity during the pandemic. The research was conducted at PT. Diva Metal Mandiri Bekasi. The population in this study were employees of PT. Diva Metal Mandiri with a total of 130 people. Based on the slovin method, the sample size is set at 57 (fifty seven) employees. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results show that the work environment, work motivation, and work stress have a significant effect on work productivity. The results of testing the di- rect effect hypothesis prove that the work environment, work motivation, and work stress have a positive effect on work productivity.
