Abstract
Employee Performance with Intervening Variables (Case Study of PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen) with Saturated Sampling as a sampling technique. The results of this study are expected to be used as consideration for the company in employee performance. Results Based on the research shows that motivation and influence and significant on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on satisfaction. Work environment, leadership has no effect on employee performance. Motivation and Leadership have no effect on satisfaction. The mediation test of Motivation, Work Environment and Leadership each has no effect on employee performance by mediating satisfaction.
