Abstract

Human resources are a key factor in running activities within the organization and determining the success of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. This type of research is quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 80 employees with a sample of 50 people as respondents. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique, while the research data collection technique was through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis of the data used in this study by performing instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, t test, test, and the last test of determination. Based on the results of calculations using the SPSS 16 program, the results of the t-test analysis show that leadership style has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and job satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
