Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention to use online food delivery services during the Covid-19 period. Food delivery services online through an application or Online Food Delivery (OFD) is increasingly being used by people in Indonesia. Especially since the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), social distancing and work from home (WFH) during the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of go-food online food delivery applications has increased by 30%. The technique used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 200 respondents. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that perceived trustworthiness, service quality, and perceived ease of use had a significant positive effect on the intention to use Online Food Delivery (OFD) services.
